A cloud-based platform - customizable web and mobile work management platform. It is designed to help teams and organizations increase operational efficiency by tracking projects and workflows, visualizing data, and team collaboration Location: Tel-Aviv (Hybrid)

-Manage the department of Revenue recognition and billing specialists and controllers, including team building, mentoring, training and assignment prioritization (about 10-12 employees). -Serve as a finance focal point to various order to cash initiatives and related operational processes. -Drive initiatives to continuously improve and simplify billing processes, deals review, data flows and integrations, while partnering closely with other departments. -Manage the review and approval process of complex deals to insure compliance with contractual terms, regulatory requirements, and revenue recognition standards (ASC 606). -Maintain policy manuals and protocols for the billing and revenues team, providing clarity on processes and expectations. -Implement and improve financial and accounting systems and processes, using tech and BI tools and controls for enhanced reporting efficiency and accuracy. -Insure compliance with SOX policies and procedures

-8+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a high-tech (SAAS) organization -3-5 years of managerial experience, preferably large teams (at least 5-8 employees) -CPA with Big 4 experience, high-tech industry, SAAS companies a big advantage -Proficient knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606 in specific - a big advantage -Proven managerial and leadership experience. -Excellent English (written and spoken) -Initiate and lead ad hoc projects
